What we use

• hd_consent (localStorage). Remembers your cookie choice. Essential. Stored on-device, never sent to a server.
• Google Analytics 4, delivered through Google Tag Manager. Sets _ga and _ga_*, which expire after two years, and are used to count visits and see which pages get used. Google uses your IP address to derive an approximate location and then discards it rather than storing it. These are only ever set while analytics are on, per the section below.

When analytics run

It depends where you are, because the law does. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, nothing analytics-related loads until you accept: no Google script is requested and no cookie is set. Everywhere else, analytics start on and you can turn them off, which is what the banner offers.

Either way the choice is yours and it is remembered. Essential cookies are unaffected.

How to change your mind

Use Cookie choices, in the footer of every page, to reopen the banner and change your answer at any time.

Browser privacy signals

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat it as a decision and analytics stay off, wherever you are, without you having to touch the banner. You can still turn them on yourself if you want to.
